Orders Starting at 1 Piece

An order on our online store can be realized starting at 1 piece. Whether you are ordering a sample or want only a single piece of valve for private use, individual sales are not a problem for us.
1 Basic Information
- you do not need to register in order to place an order
- anybody (a company or an end user) can buy a product through our e-shop
- no minimum order quantity (it is possible to buy 1 piece of valve without any extra charges)
- there are no handling fees added to orders, even if the total value is in dozens of GBP.
2 Are You buying For a Large Company or Agency?
- there are individual pricing programs based on turnover available for our regular customers (contact us for individual discounts and state your expected monthly turnover)
3 Return of Samples
Is the sample or the ordered products not suitable? No problem!
- we will exchange the product free of charge or refund it for an end user without giving a reason
- we will exchange the product free of charge or refund it for a company customer without giving a reason for orders of up to 80 GBP
